If we decide to move forward, Palmetto Software funds and builds the initial software. We handle the product design, technical decisions and development.
The goal is a focused solution to the core problem — not a bloated system with dozens of unnecessary features.
You use it & guide us
We put the software into your hands and let your team use it on real work.
You tell us what’s working, what’s confusing and what needs adjusting. We refine the product based on actual use rather than assumptions.
We launch it
Once the product is working well, it becomes a standalone Palmetto Software product that can be offered to other businesses with the same problem.

Our goal is to move from the first serious discovery session to working software in approximately 30 days.
Thirty days is the target we work toward, not a contractual guarantee. Some problems turn out to be bigger than they first appear, and we’ll tell you plainly if that happens.

The first version focuses on solving one important problem well. Keeping the scope tight lets us move quickly, get the software into real use and learn what actually matters before adding more.

What Does It Cost You?

in development fees.
If Palmetto Software selects the problem as something we want to build and commercialize, we fund the initial software development.
In return, you help us understand the industry, test the product and provide practical feedback.
As the original Design Partner, you receive continued free use of the core product we build together, subject to the Design Partner agreement.
